ePRINTit™ has launched its latest innovation, the ePRINTit™ Mobile app, a comprehensive solution designed to enhance the printing experience for a diverse array of users, including individuals, students, and corporate employees.

The ePRINTit™ Mobile app leverages a secure cloud-based framework, allowing users to access and print documents from various cloud storage platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Box, OneDrive, and Office365. In addition, it offers an in-app browsing feature that enables users to print content directly from websites, alongside a convenient option for printing attachments from integrated email accounts. This capability ensures that users can retrieve and print their documents from one streamlined interface.

Upon installing the app, users can select their preferred document pickup location and conveniently visit an ePRINTit™ public or partner print site, with print costs being automatically deducted from their accounts. With a vast network of print locations worldwide, the app promises accessibility and convenience, allowing users to print documents from virtually anywhere to any location.

Steps to Utilize ePRINTit™ Mobile:

1. Open the ePRINTit™ Mobile app and either sign in with existing credentials or create a new account. For existing users, enter your organization or campus credentials. New users will need to enter their organization name, email, full name, and create a unique username and password.

2. Upon logging in, users will find all pending print jobs awaiting release along with their unique release codes. Previously printed documents and details can be accessed through the history tab.

3. Add files for printing using the Add Content page. This feature allows seamless access to documents stored in email attachments, specific web pages, device memory, and online storage accounts.

4. The locations page displays available nearby ePRINTit™ partner kiosks for quick and convenient printing.

5. At the chosen print location, log in to preview your document along with print settings (such as copies and color options) before proceeding to print. Users have the flexibility of automatic fund deduction or can opt to pay at the partner location.

6. The settings page allows users to manage their profiles, credit card information, transaction history, and connected cloud storage accounts.
